As per the duck, I've had crispier, more flavorful duck in other places. ”

“ I've been here twice now for their jianbing and both times were delicious. I've tried their duck one which is good, but last time I was here, we got a couple and all were yummy so definitely recommend checking out and getting whichever flavor speaks to you. The last time I was here, I got a red bean roll type thing which was chewy and yummy if you're in the mood for something with that glutinous texture. This is a carry-out, cash only place, but well worth the visit. My friend has had very delicious jianbing and she was impressed by this place. I would very much recommend. ”

“ Always craving a good jianbing for breakfast and in the states it's so hard to find. This little stall blew me away and truly brought me back to the motherland with it's tasty crepe creation. Similar to a savory French crepe, it's a thin outer shell of egg. Then the inside is layered with sauce and different fillings like a crunchy crisp and hoison sauce. The option I chose was with Peking duck and it's freshly carved from the stall across. The meat was tender and juicy, the skin was crispy. Flavor was amazing. A little spicy with the spicy bean curd sauce but you can leave that out if needed. It comes with some lettuce and scallions inside as well. Definitely try it! ”

“ I found these food spots on the whim, so I'm pleasantly surprised the food is hitting! Add these to your Flushing food crawl too! Followsoshi was hard to find on the maps, but it's located inside the Corner 28 storefront. It should be to your left when you go in. Not me thinking the Peking Duck Jian Bing ($10) was going to come out right away like a previous place did. Instead, these had a bit of a wait, so you know they're freshly prepared! I was disappointed by the price at first, but upon receiving the hefty packaging and looking in, I understood why. The jianbing is split into 2, and they were huge pieces, enough to be a hearty meal. I didn't enjoy jianbing my first time trying, but here, I don't mind having again. The same crispy fluffy juxtaposition of the egg and the crepe still remains. But unlike the previous place, these crepes were so much saucier and flavorful. You must add the scallion and spicy sauce if they ask! These additions really do wonders in upgrading the crepe. The delicious peking duck protein is also a must, and they give fatty big pieces with the crispiest skin. The jianbing may be hard and messy to eat, but they are worth the try! ”
